Simple Morning Yoga




I found and LOVE this cute, simple yet effective, morning yoga sequence. (Who doesn't love bunnies?) When done according to the chart, it takes 12 minutes, so you don't even need a bunch of time! It's wonderful if you're not exactly a morning person, like myself. I printed it out and posted it next to my bed for extra motivation. Try it out and let me know how it works for you.
