Figment NYC is a free participatory art event taking place June 3-5 from 10am-5pm on Governor's Island. The volunteer-powered event will feature art and activities throughout the island. Some projects, like the mini-golf and interactive sculptures will be available all summer. More information here. 

The Uptown Arts Stroll is the Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance's (NoMAA's) annual art festival. The month long celebration features events and exhibitions that start June 1 at 6pm with an opening celebration at Sugar Hill Children's Museum of Art and Storytelling. I found and LOVE this cute, simple yet effective, morning yoga sequence. (Who doesn't love bunnies?) When done according to the chart, it takes 12 minutes, so you don't even need a bunch of time! It's wonderful if you're not exactly a morning person, like myself. I printed it out and posted it next to my bed for extra motivation. Try it out and let me know how it works for you.
